After a push higher in the prices of major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH) during the Asia session, markets are going sideways on Wednesday, with traders turning to altcoin names as they hunt for the best crypto to buy today.
Bitcoin was last trading near $66,000, as traders eye a retest of the all-time highs hit on Monday above $69,000.
Price risks remain tilted to the upside as inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs remain strong.
BlackRock’s IBIT hoovered up another 12,600 BTC tokens on Tuesday worth around $778 million.
Ether, meanwhile, recently touched $3,900 for the first time since January 2022.
With $3,600 resistance now convincingly broken, a swift push to all-time highs near $4,900 is on the cards.
While the outlook for BTC and ETH remains strong, investors are increasingly turning to smaller altcoins.

AI-infused blockchain protocol Fetch.ai (FET) has pumped up another 20% in the past 24 hours, as per CoinMarketCap.

FET’s market cap is currently only around $1.8 billion, with a fully diluted market cap of only around $2.5 billion.

With a still modest market cap of just over $1.8 billion, STRK could have plenty of room left to run to the upside.
That’s assuming the new protocol continues to attract lots of hype and new users.
