CoinPoker Offers Free Entry for Crypto Series of Poker Main Event

    • April 25, 2024

The Crypto Series of Poker (CSOP) is currently underway at CoinPoker, and to celebrate the website is offering one lucky player the opportunity to gain free entry to its main event on Sunday.

Taking place at 18:30 GMT on April 28, the event offers a guaranteed prize pool worth $100,000, with participants playing in the No Limit Hold’em format and needing a $500 buy-in.

However, one fortunate individual will be able to sidestep the required buy-in via Twitter, where they can enter the draw for free entry by following @CoinPoker_OFF and then retweeting this post and commenting with their username underneath.

So far, just over 20 participants have signed up, providing the event with a current overlay of $89,000, yet the offer of unlimited rebuys means that many more should join soon enough.

Special Sunday Tournaments for High Rollers

Also taking place on Sunday is a special tournament, which begins at 19:00 GMT and features a $200 buy-in.

It has 26 entrants as of writing, with a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000 prize pool, providing players with another prime opportunity to take in some serious winnings.

Yet that’s not all the final day of the CSOP will offer, with the series also hosting several tournaments for high rollers, which will come with buy-ins of $5,000.

    #CoinPokerGiveaway ($500)!

Here we go again! There will be one lucky Twitter / X follower who will play the #CSOP Main Event (March 28th at 18:30 GMT) for free!

If the events are anything like the games the series witnessed last weekend, then the action this weekend should be intense.

Stakes rose as high as 1,000/2,000 last weekend, with celebrity poker player Tony G battling with other whales to win a pot worth just over $300,000.

Yet given that CoinPoker has the record for the largest ever pot in online poker (at $7.75 million), this weekend’s winnings could be even bigger.

The CoinPoker App: Not Just for the CSOP

Outside of the Crypto Series of Poker, CoinPoker hosts regular poker matches and tournaments, offering users the chance to pit their skills against some of the best poker players in the world.

The platform allows players to place bets using Tether (USDT), a cryptocurrency that is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. This not only ensures stability in value but also offers anonymity, enabling players globally, including those from the US, to access the site.

The CoinPoker app is accessible on Windows PCs, Mac, iOS and Android, while it also permits players to sign in using MetaMask, requiring very little personal info.

Having opened on April 19, the platform’s Crypto Series of Poker comprises 41 tournaments spread across ten days, while also featuring $1 million in guaranteed prizes.

Not only that, but top performers can claim $10,000 in extra winning, with progress up the leaderboard measured in terms of cash, victories and bounty player eliminations.

As noted above, one lucky player can win a $500 ticket to Sunday’s main event by going to Twitter and opening a CoinPoker account today.

And outside of the CSOP, players will also benefit from regular freeroll tournaments, satellite qualifiers to the CSOP, and $0.01 buy-in events with added perks.

On top of this, CoinPoker also provides a generous 100% welcome bonus worth up to $1,100, while holders of the platform’s native cryptocurrency token, CHP, can claim a 33% rakeback.
