The EF encouraged applicants to propose smaller meet-ups instead of large events, with the maximum grant awarded being $1,000. According to recent research by Chainalysis, Vietnam has emerged as a leader in cryptocurrency adoption within Southeast Asia, securing the top spot in the region and claiming the third position globally in the Global Crypto Adoption Index for 2023. This index is determined based on transaction volumes and protocols, taking into account web traffic patterns and weighting factors such as population size and purchasing power.
